All engine builds ENHANCED WITH 8 NEW HEAVY DUTY CYLINDERS (sleeved) To eliminate cylinder wall issues known in the 7.3 platform

Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines are nearly classic. A favorite of Ford truck lovers everywhere, rebuilding and selling 7.3L Powerstroke engines is a specialty of ours. Do you own one of the nearly 2 million 7.3's produced from International’s Indianapolis plant by Ford? Maybe in an Econoline van or heavy-duty pickup? It’s direct-injected and turbo-charged and it led the way in electronically-controlled diesel engines for years to follow.
The factory pushrods in your 7.3L Powerstroke are designed for factory Boost levels and are known to cause valvetrain issues. Safeguard your engine with J&K's upgraded pushrods at no additional charge! These are a redesigned pushrod built from superior materials and thicker walls for increased rigidity. By increasing the diameter of the tubing from the stock 11/32 to 3/8, the load is spread over a larger surface area without causing the pushrods to bind with the port of the cylinder head. This larger diameter pushrod will provide almost 50% more loading capacity than the stock 11/32 diameter. These Pushrods are created from Hard-drawn 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing, the highest quality available from mills, and initially formulated for aerospace/aircraft use. This is a high-quality pushrod that provides approximately 170,000 psi tensile strength.
For those who use this powerful turbo diesel engine every day, consistent performance is almost something that is taken for granted. Not surprising, considering this particular model established new heights in Ford’s reputation. Especially for building motors with above-average reliability and performance. We can help keep this great engine around even longer, with 7.3L Powerstroke engines available for sale & rebuild, with additional injector options.
A direct injection (HEUI) motor with a cast-iron engine block, the Ford Powerstroke 7.3 liter engine debuted in 1994. It scored 210 maximum horsepower initially, but this was increased to 275 hp by 2003. Along with that change came a comparable increase in peak torque as well. J&K Engines has a variety of sales and rebuild options for these 7.3L Powerstroke engines.
